Online Dating?

I have recently started talking to a girl online and I this is the first time I have done so!!

Anyway I was wondering how long is the appropriate amount of time before you start to try to find out more personal information about the person, such as questions about their dating preferences, asking for phone numbers, or other such information?

Online Dating?
Like previously mentioned, no set rules on a timeline, it all depends on how easily the conversation flows. I have met guys online %26amp; waited probably several months before sharing info like location %26amp; phone number, you have to be very careful and take things slow. But things like dating preferences and other "safe" topics should be fine anytime, it's a part of getting to know each other better so you can reach the trading of phone numbers, etc.
Reply:Just check some dating tips and you will find it. I'm on a dating site called "millionaire cupid.com", I have seen many great dating tips at that site. So I'm sure you can find some tips on the dating site you are on.
Reply:Go by what feels right. There's no set rule for this, but if you 2 are hitting it off, it's appropriate to ask for her phone number. Just tell her you'd like to get to know her better by talking to her on the phone and ask if she's Ok with that.

I met my husband online and we've been very happily married for 2 years :)
Reply:Chat a while, but it all depends. I have talked to a guy I met online on the phone that same day and we ended up dating for 6 months. I also have some I have never gotten further than a few messages with. Just don't do anything stupid, and remember you don't know each other. But sometimes it just feels right.
