I thought it was crap until I found Yahoo Answers. And then I met Green. Everyone looks better on paper though. Green and I have a fishing trip coming up soon and I'll let you know how it turns out.
Reply:i thinkit works out ok for some, but i also think that there are a lot of players on those sites.
Reply:It's like any other situation. Just requires some common sense. I personally don't think it's a waste of time. I've met some very nice women on-line.

Reply:I don't think it sounds like that great of an idea. There are to many nice people in the world that I can get to know face to face to have to rely on a computer.

Make sure you have a pretty strict "screening" process before meeting them in person.





Don't go online thinking that you'll meet your "soul mate" - it's not a matchmaker or a cupid or something that creates harmony or anything like that. (despite the various website names!!)





it's an introduction service, really just a big online bar, and YOU still have to decide if anyone is even worthy of meeting, much less starting a relationship with.

what your doing is typing back and forth, typing has no emotion in the words so you have a 75% chance of understanding them were if you were actually talking face to face you'd have a higher chance. also, it's so much easier to say things over the internet but people don't say a lot of the things they do online as if they were face to face with you.
