How do you guys feel about that? I dont know. Im very attractive, and when i hear online dating, i think about ugly people, which i know is a stereotype, but still, ya know? Help!!

And as for online dating, I know for a fact that there are some totally hot men out there....I could name a dozen just from Y! alone.

Reply:I'd imagine that you'll find a better crop of online friends and perhaps a love if you don't actively seek it. That means, don't go into chat rooms and expect to find many nice guys to interact with there. Of course, I have not tried singles sites with matches by interests and likes. And there have been cases of mail-order brides.





But I still believe that you'll find the person you want by indirect means. For a few I have seen, it could be the blogs, or the forums, or groups. In the meantime, you can always have friends to chat with for fun, and who knows? Something might develope.
Reply:Lol..I think online dating is just like any other kind of dating. I've recently gotten into it. I wouldn't call myself beautiful. but I'm definitely above-average looking and have a lot going for me. It's just hard to meet people sometimes when you have a full-time job.





There are plenty of cute, normal guys online too! I have a good friend who met her boyfriend online and he is absolutely the coolest guy you could ever meet.
Reply:I can understand how you feel. Seems like whenever I ask a question about meeting someone I like. The only way I'll ever be able to meet that person is through the bar or internet dating. I just wish it was easy for homosexuals to meet other homosexuals without having to resort to this. Where as if your straight and attractive, all you need to go is go outside and the first person of the opposite sex will probably have that same attraction towards him/her. Dont get me wrong I dont think the whole world should be attracted to the same sex cause then we'd all die out and their wouldn't be procreation, but I'd still enjoy a better ratio of hetersexuals:homosexuals.

Reply:I've had decent luck with it. Not fantastic, but not bad either. As far ugly people being online daters - I've seen (and met) some very handsome men on Y! Personals. Online dating is pretty hit or miss, just like anything else in life..
