Hmm.......Just wondering whats your personal experiences on this matter...

Online Dating...?
i had a relationship online for more than a yr. we met a few times but eventually the distance became an issue and i gradually lost some of the feelings i had for him. he was planning to propose, i was suppose to move to where he was. i had to be real about it tho, i was having a lot of doubts, and if your having doubts then it's obviously not the right thing to do. i broke up with him a while ago. don't think i would do it again, it's not nice to know you have hurt someone.

Reply:I tried the Yahoo personals and I liked it. Unlike some of the other dating sites out there (like adult friend finder), it wasn't a scam.

Reply:its a touchy issue, but if you're both committed to it, it can work....although i've been down that road and been burned, but i think if it came at me again i'd still give it a shot...just be careful....thats all you can do and dont do that cyber crap either
Reply:dated both from the bars and the online way. bars is alot more fun trying to find the right one for the hour or so, lol. been on may dates off the online things, found alot of good friends though but nothing lasting so far. online your inhabitions are kind of dropped and you tend to get more honest answers. you never have to meet the other person online if you dont want to.

Reply:i think it can work i know some1 thats moved from australia to be with the person they love. i know of atleast four other couples that met on the net and are now still together after years and years. i sort of had 1 but the distance thing was rubbish cus we're both young etc he's still the best friend i could ever ask for and ive always loved him to pieces. and the whole "find sum1 real" thing, they are real! the computer isnt makin all that stuff up is it?! if anythin they're better because its a relationship based on communication rather than lust
