Online dating?
YES- if you have reached the point of desperations where (a) you think you will not find someone any other way, (b) you have just gotten out of a seriously long-term relationship and are unsure of getting out into the dating scene, (c) you like getting the same email over and over from different people, (d) you like the surprise of seeing someone who looks totally different from their profile.





NO-(a) people on-line are never what they seem to be, (b) you can have a tremendous chemistry typing and communciating via email, then feel nothing when you see eachother for the first time, (c) these relationships always have one party who "thinks" it is going faster than it really is, (d) although people think it is a social norm, people seem to look down upon relationships that start via Internet
Reply:i believe you can find amazing people online, its just the whole thing about actually meeting them. you have to be really careful. especially women, which ruins it for the rest of us : (

Reply:undecided, although a friend of mine met her husband online (just celebrated their 3rd anniversary) and two other people I know are currently living with people they first met online


I never have good luck with it though, because the nice guys I meet online always wind up living far away
Reply:I'm not ashamed to say.. I've met my current boyfriend of 1 yr online. Works for some, not for others.
Reply:No.I've tried to meet guys on line and it never worked out....don't recommend it at all.....
Reply:it can be creepy at times...however if you are fortunate enough you can meet lot of people without leaving your home...and make plenty of friends all around the world basically. lol
